K-Fastigheter investigates the possibility to issue senior unsecured green bonds
K-Fast Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”, “K-Fastigheter”) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier and DNB Carnegie as ‘Joint Bookrunners’ to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing 24 June 2025 to investigate the possibility to issue a Senior Unsecured Green Bond of expected SEK 500,000,000 within a framework of SEK 1,000,000,000. A capital market transaction may follow subject to market conditions.
The net proceeds from the contemplated issue will be used in accordance with the principles in the Company’s Green Finance Framework including financing or refinancing of green properties (as defined in the Company’s Green Finance Framework). ABC Sundal Collier and DNB Carnegie have acted as ’Joint Green Structuring Advisors’ for the Green Finance Framework.
Schjødt is acting as legal advisor to ABG Sundal Collier and DNB Carnegie, and Setterwalls is acting as legal advisor to K-Fastigheter.
