Kustom BidCo AB (publ) announces new financing from Resurs totalling approximately SEK 367 million through a directed new share issue, along with a strategic partnership agreement.
Kustom BidCo AB's (publ) ("BidCo") parent company Kustom HoldCo AB ("HoldCo") has entered into an agreement for a capital raise amounting to SEK 367 million. The capital raise is intended to be carried out through a new issue of C-shares in HoldCo directed to Resurs Holding AB (publ) ("Resurs Holding"). In connection with the capital raise, BidCo's subsidiary Kustom AB ("Kustom") and Resurs Holding's subsidiary Resurs Bank AB (publ) ("Resurs Bank") have entered into a new strategic partnership to strengthen the companies' business offering to merchants. The issue proceeds are intended to be used to finance Kustom's international expansion, as well as the continued development of Kustom's product offering. The new share issue is expected to be completed in early April 2026.
As part of the transaction, Kustom is also entering into a strategic partnership with Resurs Bank linked to the companies' business offering. Kustom's merchants will be offered Resurs Bank's business loan products, and corporate customers will be able to pay by business invoice at Kustom's checkout. At the same time, Resurs will be able to offer a checkout solution to its merchants, based on Kustom's market-leading infrastructure.
