Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notice is hereby given that Nordea Funds Oy on 22 December 2025 informed Matas A/S that Nordea Funds Ltd affective 19 December 2025 holds less than 5% of the voting rights of Matas A/S.

Nordea Funds Ltd disclosed total aggregated holding of 1,913,731 voting rights, corresponding to 4.99% of the voting rights in Matas A/S. Nordea Funds Ltd disclosed holding of 1,216,601 shares, corresponding to 3.17% of the total shares, while Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest holds an additional 1.82% of the total shares.
