Norion Bank AB completes share buyback program

On 5 June 2026, Norion Bank announced a share buyback program of up to SEK 500 million, based on the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The share repurchases were carried out to adapt the bank’s capital structure and to contribute to increased shareholder value.
The repurchases of shares began on 5 June 2026 and ended on 17 September 2026. During this period, Norion Bank repurchased 7,942,100 of its own shares at an average price per share of SEK 62.96, for a total purchase amount of SEK 500 million.
As of 17 September 2026, the total number of issued shares in Norion Bank amounted to 189,782,534 and the holding of own shares amounted to 16,993,100.
