Observe Medical is happy to announce the positive market reception of UnoMeter Safeti Plus. Since the first delivery in January 2025, the product has gained significant traction, reflecting strong demand and customer confidence. Key highlights include:

• Market Re-establishment: Sales have been re-established in countries representing 85% of Convatec’s 2021 market for the product.
• Global Reach: Orders received from 27 countries, with 16 countries placing multiple/repeat orders. For the whole UnoMeter portfolio, the Company has received orders from 33 countries.
• Order Intake: Based on a 6-month rolling order intake, the company has achieved an annualized order intake of approximately NOK 30 million.
• Operational Focus: The company is focused on further penetrating this market, building on the success of UnoMeter Safeti Plus.
• Financing: With a successful private placement, strong support from our shareholders, and substantial backing from our creditors through a significant debt reduction, the company is positioned to advance its operational and strategic agenda, including the realization of UnoMeter Safeti Max and Sippi.
