Quant AB (publ) announces today a leadership change aimed at strengthening the company’s long-term business development and strategic execution.

The Board of Directors has appointed its current Chairman, M.Sc.Eng. Sami Pitkänen, as Executive Member of the Board to take over the role of leading the company from Madelene Kärvin Nilsson, who has been serving as interim CEO. Madelene will return to her original role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). These changes take effect immediately.

Sami Pitkänen brings extensive international experience in global industrial service businesses across multiple sectors. His career includes senior leadership positions at Stora Enso Oyj, Metso Oyj, Outotec Oyj, and Millog Oy, providing him with a strong foundation to guide Quant AB through its next phase of growth.

With this change, Quant AB reinforces its commitment to ensuring long-term continuity in the company’s development and successful execution of its strategy.
