DS Chang nominated to Raytelligence Board of Directors
Shareholders holding 36 percent in Raytelligence have today proposed that Ding-Shin Chang is elected as a new member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on August 6, 2025.
Ding-Shin Chang serves as Chairman of Sterling Global Capital Investment SGCI Gmbh since 2011. SGCI is headquartered in Frankfurt with a focus on providing financial solutions for growing small and medium sized enterprises. Ding-Shin Chang has an MBA in Finance from ESDE Sup (École Supérieure des Dirigeants d'Entreprises) in Paris. Mr. Chang is domiciled in Europe.
The shareholders also propose the re-election of the current Board members, Charles Arnold, Robert Grinberg and Sven Otto Littorin, and the subsequent re-election of Sven Otto Littorin as Chairman.
