Realfiction Holding AB invites shareholders to a virtual investor meeting on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 at 20:00 CEST.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide shareholders with further information regarding the background to the intended Rights Issue announced on 20 August 2026, the Company's current position and financing requirements, as well as its plans and opportunities for the continued commercialization of Directional Pixel Technology (DPT).

During the meeting, management intends to provide further background on:

• the Company's current financing situation and the rationale for the intended Rights Issue;
• the current status of DPT, including the planned next steps towards industrialization and commercialization;
• the ongoing Strategic Review and the Company's approach to strategic and commercial opportunities; and
• the background, structure and rationale for the proposed Incentive Programs, including the intended reductions in cash remuneration and salaries and the resulting cash savings for the Company.

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session, during which shareholders will have the opportunity to ask management questions.

Clas Dyrholm, CEO and Torben Okkels, CFO, will participate in the meeting.

The meeting will be held virtually to enable participation by as many shareholders as possible.
