Øystein Stray Spetalen has today acquired 2,104,053 shares in Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) (the “Company”).
After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen owns 136,761,224 shares in the Company (corresponding to 20.3 % of the shares and voting rights), crossing above the 20 % threshold.
This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
