Nomination Committee appointed for Skanska’s 2027 Annual General Meeting
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Skanska AB adopted an instruction for the appointment of the Nomination Committee, which applies until the General Meeting resolves to adopt a new instruction. The Nomination Committee has now been appointed in accordance with the instruction and consists of the following members:
- Helena Stjernholm, AB Industrivärden, Chair of the Nomination Committee
- Katarina Martinson, Lundberg Group
- Malin Björkmo, Handelsbanken Fonder
- Simon Blecher, Carnegie Fonder
- Hans Biörck, Chair of the Board of Directors, Skanska AB
The instruction for the Nomination Committee is available on Skanska’s website:www.skanska.com/group/en/investors/corporate-governance/nomination-committee.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so by e-mail to valberedningen@skanska.se. In order for the Nomination Committee to be able to consider submitted proposals, such proposals should be received by December 31, 2026.
The Annual General Meeting of Skanska AB will be held on March 31, 2027, at Sergel Hub, Sveavägen 10A, Stockholm, Sweden.
