New number of votes in Tobii

The number of votes in Tobii AB (publ) has increased as a result of the conversion of a total of 859 599 class C-shares to a total of 859 599 ordinary shares.
The conversion was carried out to enable the delivery of ordinary shares to participants in the company’s share savings program adopted by the extraordinary general meeting on 10 January 2025.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 259 436 350 shares, of which 234 995 199 are ordinary shares and 24 441 151 are class C-shares, and there are in total 237 439 314,1 votes in the company. The number of ordinary shares has increased with 368 685 ordinary shares and the number of class C-shares has decreased with 859 599 class C-shares. The number of votes has increased with 773 639,1 votes.
