DLocal Says Class Action Alleging Misleading Statements, Omissions Over Take Rate Trends Dismissed

09:15 AM EDT, 04/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DLocal (DLO) said Monday that a class action lawsuit alleging that the company's registration statement and prospectus contained misleading statements and omissions regarding alleged trends in its take rate was dismissed.
The Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, First Department affirmed the dismissal after the Supreme Court, New York County previously granted the motion to dismiss the complaint in its entirety, DLocal said.
The appellate division held that all complaints against DLocal and the individual defendants lacked merit, the company added.
