FS KKR Capital to Sell Up to $150 Million in Shares to KKR Unit in Tender Offer

07:50 AM EDT, 05/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FS KKR Capital (FSK) said Monday that KKR's (KKR) KKR Alternative Assets unit will launch a tender offer to buy up to $150 million of FS KKR Capital's shares at $11 each.
The company said the offering will begin Tuesday and expects it to expire June 9.
FS KKR Capital also said that on Sunday, KKR Alternative Assets agreed to buy $150 million in newly issued shares of cumulative convertible perpetual preferred stock.
Shares of FS KKR Capital were down 3% pre-bell.
