08:34 AM EDT, 05/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orchard Foods Valley completed its acquisition of British biscuits and baked products company Phoenix Brands, according to a Monday release by Orkla (ORK.OL).

Orchard, a subsidiary of the industrial investment company's Orkla Food Ingredients unit, expects the transaction to bolster its position in the sweet inclusions category, as well as expand its manufacturing capacity in the UK. Financial details were not disclosed.
