Upbound's Rent-A-Center to Offer Amazon Order Pickup, Returns at More Than 1,700 Continental US Stores

07:38 AM EDT, 04/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Upbound Group (UPBD) said Tuesday its Rent-A-Center business reached an agreement with Amazon (AMZN) to offer order pickup and label-free, box-free returns at more than 1,700 corporate-owned stores in the continental United States.
The service is expected to be implemented by June 2026, allowing Amazon customers to ship orders to nearby Rent-A-Center locations for in-store pickup and drop off eligible returns without packaging or labels, it said.
Amazon Vice President of Returns and Recommerce Gopal Pillai said the partnership will extend its nationwide network of pickup and return locations as the company continues expanding convenience options for customers.
