Share subscriptions based on stock options 2016 B, 2020 I ja 2021 I

Aiforia Technologies Plc, Company Release, June 25, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EEST

A total of 141,650 Aiforia Technologies Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the Stock Options 2016 B, 2020 I and 2021 I on June 4, 2025. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2016 B, 2020 I and 2021 I the entire subscription price of EUR 140,304,46 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.

After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 31,606,604.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2016 B, 2020 I and 2021 I have been registered in the Trade Register on June 25, 2025, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.

The shares will be traded in the Nasdaq Helsinki Plc’s First North Growth Market Finland -marketplace as an additional lot with the company’s old shares as of June 26, 2025.
