Redeye comments on Heliospectra’s proposed SEK49.5m rights issue, partly secured by main shareholder Weland Stål AB (~63% ownership). Subject to approval at the extraordinary general meeting, the transaction could raise SEK49.5m in gross proceeds if fully subscribed. While we had already accounted for a rights issue in our valuation, we now adjust our assumptions to reflect a lower subscription price and greater dilution than previously anticipated
