LeadDesk Plc ("LeadDesk") and South Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County have signed a four-year agreement for the implementation of a cloud-based customer service system. The contract is valued at approximately EUR 600,000. This is LeadDesk’s latest move in the healthcare and social services field, and the agreement strengthens the company’s position as a service provider for municipalities and wellbeing services counties in the Nordics.

The system is designed to improve both the customer experience and staff operations. Efficient remote services are key to ensuring that healthcare services can be provided effectively and accessibly. The agreement serves nearly 200,000 residents in South Ostrobothnia.

“It is important for us that our solutions genuinely serve people – both customers and staff. In Finland and the Nordics, the efficiency of healthcare relies heavily on digitalization, with remote services forming one of its key foundations,” says LeadDesk CEO Olli Nokso-Koivisto.

LeadDesk has also strengthened its position in the healthcare and social services sector through the acquisition of Zisson. The company’s customers now include dozens of healthcare sector organizations across the Nordics, such as health centers, wellbeing services counties, dental clinics, and ambulance services. Norway is LeadDesk’s largest market.

AI-based solutions have grown in importance in LeadDesk’s services. Examples include automating supply orders with voice-based AI and automatic call classification. At the core of LeadDesk’s solutions is strong information security, as demonstrated by the company being awarded ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security certifications.
