The company has made some formal position changes.

Morten Revill is taking charge as chairman of the board. Morten Hansson, who has several years as a former CEO of Net Trading Group, is appointed as new CEO. Stein Bemer is relieved as chairman. 

- Lightcircle/NTG is soon approaching extremely exciting opportunities, and I am truly looking forward to taking charge as chairman. We as a company are lucky to have Morten Hansson still on board with his immense commercial experience.
