Andfjord Salmon Group AS (the "Company") has been notified that UFI Capital AS has purchased 428,571 shares in the Company at a price per share of NOK 33.20. The share purchase is part of a financing solution for the seller and the seller will buy the shares back for the same price within 3 months.

UFI Capital AS is a company closely associated with Kim Strandenæs, who is a member of the Company's board of directors.
