Fernando Moreno Increases Stake in Boho Group – Shares to Be Consolidated in Newly Formed SPV

Boho Group AB (publ) announces that Fernando Moreno has acquired an additional 1,735,000 shares in the Company. The transactions consist of the purchase of 435,000 shares from Mattias Kaneteg at a price of SEK 7.14 per share, and 1,300,000 shares acquired in the market at an average price of SEK 8.50 per share.
Following these acquisitions, all shares will be transferred into the newly established special purpose vehicle (SPV) previously communicated to the market, through which a group of long-term shareholders intends to consolidate their holdings and act as a coordinated ownership group.
Fernando Moreno comments:
“We will continue to increase our stake in Boho Group and want to be a major contributor to its future. We strongly believe in the Company’s strategy and the opportunity to build one of the most attractive hospitality platforms in Marbella.”
The consolidated ownership structure is intended to strengthen long-term commitment to the Company and support Boho Group’s continued development and growth.
