Dentalum acquires Estetikcenter Göteborg AB

On November 30, 2021, Dentalum enters a partnership with Amir Pirhayati and Maziar Nekoui. Estetikcenter Göteborg was founded in Gothenburg in 2018 and since 2021 Estetikcenter is locally present also in Stockholm. The clinics offer all type of general dentistry, but the clinics’ niche is non-prep veneers that are applied without the need of grinding the tooth enamel.
We have been discussing with Dentalum for quite some time and it feels good that we have reached an agreement. Dentalum’s strategy appeals to us who are in the middle of our careers, and it feels exciting to be a part of Dentalum's continued journey. It’s particularly fun to be able to offer something that is not currently provided to patients within Dentalum through our non-prep veneers, say the founders of Estetikcenter Göteborg, Amir Pirhayati and Maziar Nekoui.
Amir and Maziar represents high quality and their good reputation is something that we further want to develop with them. Estetikcenter’s unique veneers is a strong complement to Dentalum's existing patient offering and it feels fantastic to be able to expand the competence within our group.
