The organisational meeting of Framery Group Plc’s Board of Directors elected from among its members Mika Sutinen as the Chair and Ville Koskenvuo as the Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors.

Susan Repo was elected as Chair of the Audit Committee, and Gregory Bylsma and Pipsa Loimijoki as members of the Audit Committee. Susan Repo and Gregory Bylsma are independent of both the company and of significant shareholders. Pipsa Loimijoki is independent of the company.

Ville Koskenvuo was re-elected as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and Mika Sutinen and Timo Toikkanen as members of the Remuneration Committee. Mika Sutinen and Timo Toikkanen are independent of both the company and of significant shareholders. Ville Koskenvuo is independent of the company.
