GARO launches new user app and web tool for GARO Entity charging stations
GARO is now launching GARO Entity User – a brand‑new app that provides EV drivers with an even better charging experience through a new digital platform featuring intuitive design, enhanced stability, and faster response times. At the same time, system owners of larger installations gain access to a new web tool offering more efficient administration, clearer system‑wide overview of all charging stations, improved reporting capabilities, and more detailed historical data.
“We have listened closely to our users and taken their valuable feedback to heart. That is why we have developed GARO Entity User and the web tool entirely from the ground up to meet real needs and deliver a faster and more intuitive experience. These new digital tools are designed to make every day charging easier, and we hope that all users of GARO Entity will appreciate the improved experience,” says Johan‑Christer Svensson, Commercial Product Manager at GARO.
Availability
- The app and web tool are being launched in Sweden today, and in other markets on April 21.
- GARO Entity User is available for downloading in the App Store and Google Play.
- The new web tool is available at www.garoconnect.com.
- A new installer app will be launched on 14 April 2026.
- The previous app is intended to be replaced by these new tools and is therefore planned to be removed from download on 31 August 2026.
