Gränges has published an updated base prospectus for its MTN program. The prospectus was approved and registered today by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).
In 2018, Gränges established an MTN (Medium Term Note) program for funding in the capital markets. The program has a framework amount of SEK 3 billion, or the equivalent in EUR, and allows for the issuance of notes with a maturity of one year or longer. The new base prospectus, dated November 6, 2026, replaces the previous base prospectus dated November 7, 2025.
Gränges is actively working to integrate sustainability into the Group’s financing. As part of this work, the company has had a green financing framework in place since 2024, which enables the issuance of green bonds and supports Gränges’ long-term sustainability ambitions.
The updated Base Prospectus is available at www.granges.com and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website, www.fi.se.
