H100 Group AB ("H100" or the "Company") announces that a primary insider has acquired shares in the Company. On 24 February 2026, Sander Andersen, Chairman of the Board of H100, has through Growthiogen Invest AS acquired a total of 30,000 shares in H100 at an average price of SEK 1.205 per share.
Following this transaction, Sander Andersen together with Growthiogen Invest AS holds a total of 19,465,078 shares in H100 Group AB.
