Ford Hedin Bil is growing further and complementing its presence in the Stockholm region through the acquisition of Lagerstedts Bil in Haninge.

MÖLNDAL, SWEDEN, 8 June 2022 –– Hedin Mobility Group AB (publ) has acquired Lagerstedts Bil AB in Haninge, Stockholm. The dealership employs about 15 people in car sales, workshop services and car parts. The business was transferred to Hedin Mobility Group on 7 June 2022.

Since its inception, Lagerstedts Bil has developed well in the local market in southern Stockholm. With this dealership, we get a stronger position with more service capacity in an attractive market. Ford Hedin Bil is today Sweden's largest Ford dealer with 25 dealerships. The company, including acquired businesses this year, is estimated to sell approximately 17,000 cars in 2022.
