hep global GmbH expands management: Martin Vogt assumes new role as CPO

Güglingen, 7 January 2026 – hep global GmbH, an internationally active solar specialist, has appointed Martin Vogt (43) as Chief Project Officer (CPO) to its management board, effective January 1, 2026. Vogt has been working as Global Head of Project Development within the hep global Group since the beginning of 2024. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic development of worldwide project development.

With the newly created position of Chief Project Officer, hep global GmbH emphasizes the central importance of project development for its future business growth. Christian Hamann, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of the hep global Group, states: “High-quality solar projects are the core of our company. The appointment of Martin Vogt to the management team is the logical step to ensure that project development remains a top priority and that our standards are maintained worldwide.”

The hep global GmbH management team now consists of Christian Hamann (Founder and CEO), Thomas Tschirf (Chief Financial Officer), Georg von Eichendorff Strachwitz (Chief Operating Officer), and Martin Vogt (Chief Project Officer).

Christian Hamann adds: “We look forward to working with Martin on the management team and building upon his outstanding achievements over the past two years. He has been playing a key role in establishing a future-oriented and robust project development strategy within the hep global Group.”
