Heritage Global Partners (“HGP”), a subsidiary of Heritage Global Inc. (NASDAQ: HGBL) and a worldwide leader in asset advisory and auction services, has been appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to conduct an auction of brewing and restaurant equipment from nine former Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant locations. The sale is being conducted as part of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings of Iron Hill Brewery LLC (District of New Jersey, Case No. 1:25-bk-20476).
While some media reports have cited seven locations, the auction includes assets from nine Iron Hill sites across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Georgia. Each location’s assets include complete brewing systems, bar and kitchen equipment, and dining furnishings. Real estate is not included in this sale.
Bidding opens Tuesday, December 2 at 7:00 a.m. ET and closes Thursday, December 4 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
