Increased number of shares and votes in Nordnet

The number of shares and votes in Nordnet AB (publ) has, during June 2025, increased as a result of exercise of warrants under the company’s incentive program LTIP 2022 for subscription of a total of 33,577 ordinary shares.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 252,315,661 shares in the company, divided into 250,181,396 ordinary shares and 2,134,265 class C shares, and as of the same date the number of votes amounts to 250,394,822.5. The company's ordinary shares, but not the C shares, are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
