Clarification regarding press release “Intellego’s subsidiary Yuvio receives order worth EUR 22 million”

Intellego Technologies AB (publ) (“Intellego”) provides the following clarification to the press release published on 2025-10-04, titled “Intellego’s subsidiary Yuvio receives order worth EUR 22 million.”
The customer for the order is MoveoMed GmbH, a long-term partner to Intellego’s subsidiary Yuvio, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intellego Technologies AB.
The UVC disinfection equipment has been sold and when delivered, will generate significant revenue for Intellego in the future. Selling UVC disinfection equipment to hospitals, as well as to partners and distributors, is an integral part of Intellego’s business model.
