Ahead of the Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2026

The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of SEK 28 per share of Class A and Class B. The Board of Directors also proposes to introduce a new class of shares, Class D ordinary shares.
