Nurminen Logistics Plc's Annual Report 2025 has been published

Nurminen Logistics Plc has today published its Annual Report for 2025. The Annual Report includes an overview of Nurminen Logistics' year 2025, a review by CEO Olli Pohjanvirta, the Report of the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements and the Auditor's Report.

Financial statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are published in Finnish and English. The XHTML file version of the report is attached to this release. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags.  The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Nurminen Logistics' ESEF financial statements. 

Nurminen Logistics Plc's Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for 2025 have also been published today.
