PUUILO PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 17 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Puuilo Plc has today published its Annual Reporting 2025 including the Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report. The Financial statements include the consolidated financial statements and the parent company’s financial statements. The reporting has been published in Finnish and English.

Puuilo also publishes the XHTML financial statements complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The firm of authorised public accountants KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Puuilo’s Finnish-language ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).

The Report of the Board of Directors includes the Sustainability Statement, which has been prepared based on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and in accordance with the sustainability reporting standards (ESRS). Authorized Sustainability Audit Firm KPMG Oy Ab has performed an assurance of the Sustainability Statement with a limited assurance engagement in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).
