Realfiction Holding AB (“Realfiction” or the “Company”) today announces that it has engaged Grant Thornton as financial advisor in connection with the strategic review process previously announced by the Company.
The strategic review aims to evaluate a range of alternatives to accelerate the commercialisation of Realfiction’s Directional Pixel Technology (DPT). These alternatives may include strategic partnerships, licensing arrangements, or other transaction structures involving the Company’s technology platform.
Grant Thornton will support Realfiction in conducting a structured process to identify and evaluate relevant strategic and financial counterparties and to assess potential transaction opportunities that could support the continued development and commercialisation of the Company’s technology.
“We continue to see interest in the commercial potential of our technology. In certain situations, potential partners may prefer structures where they take a more active role in driving the commercialisation process,” says Realfiction CEO Clas Dyrholm. “By engaging Grant Thornton, we can run a structured and professional process to evaluate strategic alternatives and determine the path that best supports the realisation of the technology’s commercial potential.”
Realfiction will provide updates to the market when there is further information that is appropriate to disclose.
