Realfiction Holding AB postpones publication of Year-End Report 2025

Realfiction Holding AB ("Realfiction" or the "Company") announces that the publication of its Year-End Report for 2025 will be postponed from 26 March 2026 to 31 March 2026.
The postponement is made to allow the Company to consider the outcome of ongoing discussions that are relevant to its strategic review process. The purpose is to ensure that the Year-End Report reflects the most up-to-date and complete information available.
The postponement does not relate to any changes in the Company’s underlying financial performance for 2025.
The Year-End Report for 2025 will be published on 31 March 2026.
