At the Annual General Meeting of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) on 13 May, it was resolved, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approval from the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP), that Kjell Inge Røkke and Øyvind Eriksen would be appointed as members of the Board of Directors of SBB. It was also decided that Øyvind Eriksen, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approval from ISP, would take up the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of SBB.

SBB can now announce that the necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained from ISP, which means that the Board of Directors of SBB now consists of the following eight ordinary members:

· Lennart Sten, Chairman of the board
· Øyvind Eriksen, Vice Chairman of the Board
· Ilija Batljan, member of the board
· Lennart Schuss, member of the board
· Hans Runesten, member of the board
· Han-Suck Song, member of the board
· Tone Kristin Omsted, member of the board
· Kjell Inge Røkke, member of the board
