Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SATS ASA ("SATS" or the "Company") on 14 August 2026 of the launch of SATS’ program to repurchase up to 3,500,000 of the Company’s shares in open market transactions for a total amount of up to NOK 100 million during the period from 14 August 2026, until no later than the Company's Annual General Meeting of 2027 (the "Buyback Program").

For the period from and including 10 September 2026, through 24 September 2026, the Company purchased a total of 899,650 shares at an average price of NOK 43.7096 per share, all purchased as ordinary market purchases on Euronext Oslo Børs.

Following the completion of the above transactions, SATS owns a total of 4,948,228 of own shares, corresponding to 2.51% of SATS’ share capital.
