Skanska publishes Annual and Sustainability Report 2025: All-time high delivery in Construction
Skanska has published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025, including a version in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). The report, which is attached to this press release, can also be downloaded at group.skanska.com/investors. A printed copy of the report can be ordered on our website or via e-mail to investor.relations@skanska.se.
The report includes financial statements and an overall summary of our performance for the year. For Skanska, 2025 can be summarized by record high results in Construction, solid order intake and a mixed performance in our project development operations. Looking ahead, we have raised our operating margin target in Construction, hold a portfolio of attractive properties in our development and asset management operations, and maintain a robust financial position. Skanska’s Board of Directors proposes a dividend of
SEK 14.00 per share (8.00), including SEK 8.50 per share (8:00) as ordinary dividend and SEK 5.50 per share (0.00) as extra dividend.
We continued to make progress on our sustainability targets in 2025. Carbon emissions in our own operations, scope 1 and 2, were 65 percent lower than the benchmark year 2015 and carbon emissions in the value chain, scope 3, were 39 percent lower than the benchmark year 2020. We remain committed to our target of reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2045.
We also provide insight into some of the most existing projects we worked on during the year.
