The subscription period for warrants of series TO 5 ("TO 5") in Subgen AI AB ("Subgen AI" or the "Company") runs from 18 May 2026 up to and including 1 June 2026. Ahead of the exercise period, Subgen AI wishes to draw warrant holders' attention to the recalculated terms for TO 5, as well as for warrants of series TO 6 ("TO 6"), following the reverse share split (1:1,000) with record date 26 November 2025 and as previously announced in the Company's press release dated 20 November 2025. In relation to the upcoming exercise of TO 5, warrant holders are encouraged to consider that the prevailing market price of the ordinary share is significantly lower than the subscription price when evaluating whether to exercise their warrants. Warrants of series TO 5 that are not exercised during the exercise period, or sold before the last day of trading, will expire and become void without any compensation to the holder.

• Subscription price: SEK 14.00 per ordinary share
• Each warrant of series TO 5 entitles to subscription of 0.001 new ordinary shares, meaning that 1,000 warrants of series TO 5 are required to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share
