On July 9th, 2025, it was announced that Systemair AB (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) had entered into an agreement to acquire NADI Airtechnics Ltd., a leading manufacturer in India of industrial fans. Systemair has today completed the acquisition, which will add strong industrial fan competence and a complementary product range to Systemair.

Systemair is a leading ventilation company with operations in 51 countries in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa.
