Tecnotree Corporation (“Tecnotree”) has signed anannual recurring revenue agreement, valued at approximately USD 2 million per year, renewable annually, with an existing Tier-1 telecom customer in the Middle Eastfor Tecnotree’sdigital BSS stack.
Tecnotree expects to recognise the revenue in Q3 2025.
Tecnotree will assess the financial impact and update its guidance if necessary.
