Terranor wins operation and maintenance contract in Malmö worth SEK 227 million
Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration) has announced its intention to award a public tender for operation and maintenance of state roads over four years in Malmö, Sweden, to Terranor AB, a subsidiary of Terranor Group. The agreement is valued at approximately SEK 227 million for the full contract period. The contract will commence on 1 September 2026 and run until 31 August 2030, with an option to extend the contract by up to two additional years.
The Malmö operating area covers several municipalities, with Malmö and Lund being the largest. The area is also a strategically important hub connecting Sweden with Europe. Several of the country's busiest European roads pass through the operating area, including the E6, E20, E22 and Route 65, making operational reliability critical for regional, national and international traffic.

In accordance with customary procurement procedures, a mandatory standstill period of 10 days will apply before the contract can be formally signed.
