Utz Brands, Inc. (NYSE: UTZ) (“Utz” or the “Company”), a leading U.S. manufacturer of branded salty snacks, and a small-cap value Staples equity, today announced that Trevor Martin has been appointed Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, effective July 14, 2025. Mr. Martin joins Utz with nearly 20 years of investment management and consumer research experience and will report to William J. Kelley, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Martin holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley and a BA from George Washington University.
