Zengun and Fryshuset sign partnering agreement for new multi-use building
Zengun and The Fryshuset Foundation have entered into a partnering agreement for the construction of a new building comprising approximately 11,500 square metres. The project is located in Hammarby Sjöstad and aims to bring together several operations under one roof.
The new facility will accommodate modern premises for, among other things, school operations as well as various forms of education, lectures, and courses. The aim is to create a vibrant meeting place for young people. The building is also planned to include flexible spaces for a wide range of activities, such as dance, music, theatre, and other stage performances, as well as lectures, school conferences, holiday and leisure programmes, and sports activities.
The order value amounts to approximately SEK 315 million, and construction will commence subject to the granting of a building permit. The project will be registered in the order book in the second quarter.
