Compass Group Logs Higher Fiscal H1 Profit, Revenue

02:26 AM EDT, 05/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Compass Group (CPG.L) said Monday its profit and revenue jumped year over year for the first half of fiscal 2026.
Profit attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended March 31 was $1.07 billion, compared with $919 million earlier. EPS moved to $0.629 from $0.541.
The food services company's revenue was $24.98 billion, compared with $22.57 billion.
Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of $0.255 per share, compared with $0.226 per share from the year-ago period, payable July 30 to shareholders on record June 19.
Looking ahead, Compass Group now expects underlying operating profit growth of more than 11%, compared with its previous forecast of 10%.
