Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.97 billion.

For Q2, the company expects capital expenditures of $7 billion to $9 billion, Chief Financial Officer Nitin Agrawal said on an earnings conference call late Thursday, according to a FactSet transcript.

For the full year, CoreWeave now projects CapEx between $31 billion and $35 billion, compared with its prior outlook range of $30 billion to $35 billion, Agrawal told analysts, adding that the increase on the low end from the previous guidance is related to increases in component pricing.

The company's shares were down 6.6% in premarket activity Friday.
