The collaboration will involve direct onsite engagement with OpenAI's technical teams and resources, rather than off-the-shelf AI tools, to build custom AI capabilities on the bank's processes, data and institutional knowledge, according to a statement.
Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
