05:15 AM EDT, 04/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Börse (DB1.F) invested $9.2 million in Performativ through a funding round, acquiring a minority stake in the Danish investment management system provider.

The German stock exchange operator led Performativ's $14 million Series A round, which also saw participation from Rabobank's Rabo Investments, Jacob Dahl and existing investors, according to a Tuesday release. Closing is expected shortly.

Performativ, founded in 2020, offers a next-generation investment management system for the wealth management sector.
