Bloomberg News wrote Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter, that the overhaul will involve handing more decision-making powers to local managing directors. The British alcoholic beverage company will also enforce global category strategies across local markets.

According to the sources, the new structure is expected to be implemented by the second half, with the affected employees to be informed in mid-May.
